Let's Talk Books

This blog started life when I was a sixth-form student, as a place for me to tick all the boxes my Creative Writing A-level teacher needed me to, over the proceeding years it became a place I very occasionally posted poetry, and then, finally, a place I never posted anything! In 2023/4 I decided to change that. I had written a book (one I’m still trying to get published), I had finished 2 degrees, and I had started working my dream job, in the archives of a big 5 publishing house. These things opened doors for me, but they also made me realise how uninvolved I was in a community of readers I really valued. And so, a re-brand!

Welcome, to eebonnerauthor.co.uk, AKA, Let’s Talk Books a place for this aspiring author to post book reviews, random thoughts, literary criticism (but like, in a fun, casual way), and something that might technically be writing advice. I hope you enjoy reading these posts, as much as I enjoy writing them.
